Day 1: Marrakech - Imlil (1,740 m) - The pass of Tizi n'Tamatert (2,279 m) - Tacheddirt (2,400m) - Night in cottage

We transfer from Marrakech to Imlil valley (1.5-hour drive) and meet with our muleteers. We then begin our walk East towards the Tizi n'Tamatert pass (2,279 m), passing through the fields of barley and cherry orchards, walnut trees and apple trees in Tamatert village. At the pass, we will stop for lunch to enjoy a magnificent view of Imlil and Imnane. After two hours of walking, we will arrive at our cottage in Tacheddirt village. Duration: 5 hours of walking.

Day 2: Tacheddirt (2,400m) - Tizi n'Iabbassen (3,172m) - Timichi (2,000m)

We depart at 8am towards the pass of Tizi n'Iabbassen (3,172m). From the pass, we enjoy amazing views of the surrounding peaks like the summit of Bouignouane (3,882m) and Jbel Aksoual (3,842m), while descending through rocks in the direction of Iaabbassen village (2,030m) in the Timichi Valley, an ancient village surrounded by walnut trees. We spend the night at the cottage in a traditional house. Duration: 6 hours of walking.

Day 3: Timichi (2,000m) – Setti Fadma - The Ourika Valley (1,600m) - Marrakech

Going down to the Ourika valley (5 hours’ walk) through the fields of corn and nuts, we pass through villages of Tiourdou, Anfli, Tadrart, and Chiker, and finally arrive at Ourika. We eat lunch in the river near the village of Setti Fadma and end our ride Imlil-Setti Fadma-Ourika. We then transfer to Marrakech (1.5-hour drive).
